What a beautiful location and warm welcome. We were treated like special friends from the moment we arrived. Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble  beautiful ambiance &amp; gorgeous food. Delicious wine selection. I didn&#39;t want to leave.

Rooftop by Lasala Plaza

We had a lovely lunch at Casa Urola with friends.  We shared 5 starters and then had a turbot and white shrimps for main. All delicious!

Very good recommendation from The Fork. Small place so definitely make reservations. Food was great and staff very friendly.  Worth the visit.

We had high expectations when we arrived at the rooftop which offers stunning views over the Concha and well beyond. Probably the best!However, for a 5 star hotel, we were very disappointed by the poor, if not unprofessional service and the lack of refinement of the food and the place setting/table ! The staff was barely ok, but seemingly unaware of what a minimum service offering is in a 5 star hotel. Possibly the Rooftop is only intended for superb drinks but not as a gorgeous dinner setting. The view is great but we had specified before coming that there were two vegetarians in our group. There were very few options for vege and our meal was very simple for a place of this standards

Attention acc&egrave;s au rooftop loin d&#39;&ecirc;tre &eacute;vident, il faut s&#39;adresser au personnel du bar qui est fort occup&eacute;. Le barman dispose d&#39;un badge autorisant l&#39;ascenseur &agrave; acc&eacute;der au dernier &eacute;tage, or si des clients de l&#39;h&ocirc;tel vous accompagnent, il faut leur demander de bien vouloir rebadger avant de sortir de l&#39;ascenseur pour pouvoir poursuivre la mont&eacute;e, Protocole &agrave; revoir...

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Conoc&iacute;amos el restaurante de la parte de abajo y solo podemos decir que el rooftop sigue la misma l&iacute;nea,  MARAVILLOSO!, la atenci&oacute;n del camarero, el lugar, la comida....en un entorno de postal.Volveremos sin duda!. Gracias
